Not only do we provide high-quality human hair solutions, but we also support your full journey, offering expert guidance, tailored scalp health solutions, and the right hair care essentials to keep your alternative hair looking its best.

Here’s exactly how it all works:


Step 1: Choose Your Subscription

We offer different subscription plans to suit your needs, whether you wear toppers, wigs, or scalp prostheses.

You’ll receive two toppers or scalp pieces per year, or one wig per year, delivered to you at set intervals. Each plan ensures you always have fresh, high-quality hair without the full upfront cost of replacements.

You can also customise your subscription by adding:

✔️ JAACE 11:31 Shampoo & Conditioner – specifically designed for alternative hair, keeping your topper or wig soft, healthy, and long-lasting.

✔️ Personalised Scalp Health Kits – delivered every two months, these kits are tailored to your specific scalp concerns, whether it’s psoriasis, hair loss, dehydration, inflammation, or general scalp maintenance.


Step 2: Pay Upfront & Set Up Your Monthly Plan

To get started, you’ll pay an initial upfront cost, which secures your place in the subscription. This covers the first part of your new hairpiece and ensures we can start customising your order straight away.

After that, your monthly payments will be automatically processed, making it easier and more affordable to manage your alternative hair needs.

📌 Example Breakdown:

  • Toppers & Scalp Prostheses – £300 upfront, then monthly payments spread over the year.
  • Wigs – £300 upfront, then monthly instalments to cover the remaining cost over 12 months.
  • Adding Shampoo & Conditioner? £22 extra per month.
  • Adding a Personalised Scalp Health Kit? £48 extra per month (every 2 months, you’ll receive a tailored scalp kit).

Everything is neatly spread out, so you never have a big lump sum to pay all at once.


Step 3: We Contact You for Your Virtual Consultation

Once you’ve subscribed, we’ll reach out to confirm your details and guide you through the next steps.

📸 We’ll ask you to send us:
✔️ Photos of your bio hair – so we can colour match as closely as possible.
✔️ Your desired colour & style preferences – whether you want something that blends in or a whole new look.

For those opting for a Personalised Scalp Health Kit, we’ll also ask about your scalp concerns to ensure you receive the right products for your needs.


Step 4: Your First Hairpiece is Shipped

📦 Toppers & Scalp Prostheses

  • Your first piece is shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.
  • Your second piece arrives 6 months later.

📦 Wigs

  • Your custom wig is shipped within 4-6 weeks (to allow for customisation and quality checks).

📦 Shampoo & Conditioner (if added)

  • Delivered every month alongside your subscription.

📦 Scalp Health Kits (if added)

  • Delivered every 2 months, tailored to your specific needs.

Step 5: Ongoing Support & Learning

We don’t just send you your hairpiece and leave you to it—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Access to Our Online Learning Platform – filled with expert tutorials on washing, styling, scalp health, adhesives, and more.

Regular Deliveries – ensuring you always have a fresh piece ready when you need it.

Ongoing Customisation & Care – Need new clips added? Want to tweak your colour? We’ll take care of it.


Step 6: Managing Your Subscription

🔹 Flexible & Hassle-Free – Your monthly payments are taken automatically, so you never have to worry about keeping track.

🔹 Cancel Anytime – You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for past payments. Your subscription continues rolling until you decide to stop.

🔹 Making Changes? – Need to update your colour, size, or plan? Just get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
